E&J Fire group consists of two independent companies.
Both are well established ISO 9001-2015 Accredited Approved fire safety contracting companies located in the southeast of England.

E&J Fire System designs, installs & commission systems following the British Standards 5839-1.

As well as working independently, we often work with other electrical contractors to design systems that they use for their customers, from design to programming we help an array of contractors in the East Of England. This can vary from just a designed plan to fully aid the installation by pre-programming, then labelling the parts to speed up the installation process. This is a literal, out of the box service.

Being fully qualified electricians who now specialise in fire safety, we are used to the installation environment.
We aim to guide contractors with a friendly approach, giving advising on the required regulations.
Once the system has been installed, we then return to commission and certify the system.

Our customers are contacted via email with a suggested date for their maintenance inspections, this takes the burden off the customer to remember to contact us.

Many of our customers like this system as they have mentioned that their previous fire company were hard to contact or never returned their calls.

As soon as you become our customer we will automatically contact you six months after the initial inspection.
We do not share your details or send you spam. That way you can clearly see when the inspection is due.

We then come to site, make people aware of the test, train any require staff on the use of their system, then email a certificate at then end of the service month.

Being a relatively small but holding the same level of certification and insurance as larger companies, we give a more personal service to our customers with knowledge of their sites build up from return visits.
